HOW DO I JOIN THE DIGITAL STUDIO?

Start your movement journey with a complimentary 7 day trial. Once your trial ends, you can join the digital studio with an unlimited membership for $40/month until canceled. The unlimited membership includes access to all recorded classes (400 and counting!) and any livestream classes. Unlimited members also receive priority booking and pricing to in person classes in New York City.

If commitment isn’t your thing, you can rent single classes by selecting the class you wish to rent and then proceeding to check out.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?

The unlimited membership includes access to all recorded classes. Every Friday, you’ll receive an email with a workout plan for the following week so you know exactly what classes to do for the week for optimal results.

What if i’m a beginner?

If you’re new to working out or coming back from a hiatus, don’t stress! Check out the Slow Sculpt section in the digital studio. These classes move at a more gentle pace and are ideal to focus on form, breath, and foundations.

i just signed up but i’m having trouble accessing the digital studio…

When you log in for the first time, go to the classes page > select any class > login > forgot password. You’ll receive an email to reset your password and then you will be able to login and access all content.

What props do you recommend?

All classes can be done with just light weights (or household items!) but I highly recommend investing in some quality props to deepen your practice and enhance your results. You can shop my suggest props on my Amazon storefront.

My top picks in order:

  • a quality mat that is at least .8 mm thick

  • 2/3 lb. weights

  • 5 lb. weights

  • a Pilates ab ball (anything 7” - 10” in diameter is great)

  • yoga block

  • a heavier set of weights for strength work — I recommend a set of 10s/12s/15s

  • sliders (towels work well too!)

  • 36” foam roller

  • massage ball
