A mat class to build that ass! Expect dynamic, athletic programming that is meant to challenge you. You’ll finish feeling sore but stretched in your core, back, shoulders, legs, and glutes. Expect to be pushed to your planking limits!

A strength class with Pilates flair that will help you build muscle and feel noticeably stronger — all with flow and centering you crave from Pilates. Expect to use heavier weights, sliders, and yoga blocks to help you feel unstoppable.

SLOW SCULPT

The class to take when you need a movement hug with a little tough love. You’ll still feel sculpted and lifted but with more grounded programming, slower flows, and extra cueing for your breath and mind. A great choice for recovery days or when you’re looking for a gentle flow.

  • The unlimited membership includes access to all recorded classes. Every Friday, you’ll receive an email with a customized workout plan so you know exactly what classes to do for the following week for optimal results.

  • If you’re new to working out or coming back from a hiatus, don’t stress! Check out the Slow Sculpt section in the digital studio. These classes move at a more gentle pace and are ideal to focus on form, breath, and foundations.

  • When you log in for the first time, go to the classes page > select any class > login > forgot password. You’ll receive an email to reset your password and then you will be able to login and access all content.
